Just some random pictures i took the last days. Stay tuned for more.

i want to go back in the days of 2003 and 2004 where i began with some friends to build a sweet little world of our own. We had no bitchfights, we had no discussions with no end. We just went to events, some were big, some were small. But we had a lot of fun while enjoying to be together, to have fun and discovering the possibilities in fingerboarding. And i think at that time everything was a bit better than today. Ok… we´re having hightech setups today, the scene is still growing and fingerboarding is very successfull. But with getting bigger and bigger fingerboarding will lose its soul. More people means more cool dudes… but more assholes, too.
It´s in YOUR hand to change the way fingerboarding is going today. Don´t let the skums destroy OUR little perfect world. Stop argueing, stop bitching around, just go fingerboard, just buy that stuff you think its worth to buy it. I feel so disgusted when i read all the threads on FFI or fingerboard.de. Stop that and go fingerboarding… or just quit and leave the scene!

btw… that text is going to EVERYONE in our Scene! I would like to say: no one has made no mistakes. And everyone (companies, too) should think about further decisions, cause EVERYONE is able to destroy fingerboarding. Just don´t let it happen.

By the way, it’s a yellowood with y-trucks and some prototype wheels by a friend of  Philipe (i think^^) and they are made out of the same material as skateboard wheels!

Have you seen those two new products on +blackriver+?

This is a miniature version of the legendary Del Mar Pool made out of plastic. Maybe the pool isn’t that cool (get it? amazing rhyme)..probably it’s too small for riding it nicely (like all of the TD obstacles).

Another new obstacle is the Winkler Pocket (which was actually invented by Tim Teichert and Gene Senges as far as i know). I’ve got a prototype here, so i know it’s a really challenging ramp, but once you get the feeling for it, it’s amazing After almost one year of development it’s now finally in stock for 54,90€ (which is a pretty good price, concerning it’s hard to bend the wood like that!!)

I.M.O. you should rather get the Winkler Pocket, which is of course a lot better than the TechDeck pool, cause it’s made of wood, it has aluminum copings and it’s made by blackriver
